½ kilogram of Ground beef or pork

10 Dried plums

1 Egg

50 grams of White bread

1 tablespoon of Ras-el-hanut spice

1 tablespoon of Sweet paprika

½ tablespoon of Pepper

½ tablespoon of Cumin

3 Garlic cloves

½ Onion

½ Tomato

4 Parsley sprigs

Frying oil

50 grams of Olive oil

150 milliliters of White wine

½ cup of Milk

½ cup of Flour

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious meatballs, start by soaking the white bread in milk.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic, dried plums, parsley, tomato, and onion.

Step 3 : In a bowl, mix the meat with sweet paprika, pepper, cumin, dried plums, parsley, garlic, egg, squeezed bread, and salt.

Step 4 : Form the meatballs and coat them in flour, then brown them.

Step 5 : For the sauce, heat olive oil in a skillet and add the tomato, onion, and garlic.
