Ingredients

500 grams of Ground lamb meat

5 Eggplants

50 grams of Breadcrumbs

100 grams of Parsley

½ Grated onion

1 Egg

4 Potatoes

4 Tomatoes

5 Chilies

300 grams of Tomato paste or concentrate

1 tablespoon of Black pepper

1 tablespoon of Cumin

1 tablespoon of Paprika

1 tablespoon of Mint

1 tablespoon of Dried thyme

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, place the ground lamb in a pot.

Step 2 : Then, add the grated onion, an egg, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and breadcrumbs, and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3 : Next, cut the eggplants, potatoes, and tomatoes into slices.

Step 4 : In a large oven-proof dish greased with oil, assemble the Patlican kebabi by layering an eggplant slice, followed by a layer of meat, then a slice of potato, and another of tomato.

Step 5 : Repeat this process with all the slices and the meat, forming a spiral inside the dish.

Step 6 : Place the chilies on top and sprinkle with parsley.

Step 7 : Then, prepare the sauce by mixing tomato paste or concentrate with water, salt, dried thyme, and mint.

Step 8 : Spread this sauce over the assembled eggplants, meat, potatoes, and tomatoes.

Step 9 : Finally, bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for about an hour.

Step 10 : Once ready, remove from the oven and serve.
