The Manouche Zaatar is a Lebanese bread baked with a mixture of zaatar spices. This dish is healthy and nourishing, as zaatar provides energizing properties. Its preparation begins with making a dough based on flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, and warm water. After letting the dough rest, it is divided into portions, rolled out, and spread with the zaatar mixture. Baked for a few minutes, it is served accompanied by vegetables or cheeses to taste. A quick and delicious treat.
To enjoy the Manouche zaatar, you must start by preparing the dough, carefully mixing each ingredient until achieving a uniform consistency.
Once the dough has rested, divide it into portions and then roll it out into perfect circles.
The final touch is the zaatar spread on each dough circle, which, when baked, creates a unique and delicious flavor combination.
Enjoy your meal.
