Ingredients

500 grams of Ground beef

1 can of Tomato concentrate or tomato paste

1 Egg

2 tablespoons of

2 Crushed garlic cloves

½ tablespoon of Pepper

100 grams of Chopped parsley

200 grams of Grated cheese

½ cup of Breadcrumbs

½ cup of White wine

Frying oil

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, mix the ground beef with 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, chopped parsley, 2 crushed garlic cloves, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 : Combine all ingredients very well.

Step 3 : Shape the mixture into meatballs with your hands, passing them through breadcrumbs spread on a surface.

Step 4 : Then, fry all the meatballs and set aside.

Step 5 : In a saucepan with olive oil, add the tomato concentrate or paste, basil leaves, and white wine, cooking for approximately 15 minutes.

Step 6 : Finally, add the fried meatballs to the sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 7 : Once ready, remove from heat and serve.
