Graibes Cookies
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Wheat flour
500 grams of Melted butter
250 grams of Sugar
200 grams of Almonds
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the almonds with enough water to cover them and cook for 30 to 50 seconds.
Step 2 : Then, remove from heat, drain, and let rest to peel them.
Step 3 : In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the sugar and stir until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 4 : Next, gradually add the flour, kneading until the dough is uniform.
Step 5 : Divide the dough into small pieces and shape into 'S' letters or circles by hand.
Step 6 : Place the cookies on a baking tray and put an almond in the center of each.
Step 7 : Finally, bake the cookies at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
Step 8 : Once ready, they are delightful to enjoy.
