Ingredients

300 milliliters of Water

300 grams of Flour

5 Eggs

3 tablespoons of Butter

1 tablespoon of Cinnamon

½ tablespoon of Salt

Sugar

Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the water over low heat along with 3 tablespoons of butter and ½ tablespoon of salt.

Step 2 : Once it boils, add the flour and stir quickly until obtaining a uniform dough.

Step 3 : Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then add the eggs, mixing again.

Step 4 : Place the dough in a piping bag and, in a pan with plenty of oil, add small portions of dough shaped like dates using the piping bag.

Step 5 : Fry the dates on both sides until golden.

Step 6 : In a bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar, and pass the fried dates through this mixture.

Step 7 : Finally, serve them accompanied by honey or syrup.
