500 grams of Ground beef
500 grams of Yogurt
5 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 Egg
1 Onion
1 tablespoon of Harissa spice
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To start, finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil until golden.
Step 2 : Then, add the ground beef and a tablespoon of harissa, mixing well.
Step 3 : In a separate pot, combine the yogurt and pour in the juice of 1 lemon and the egg, beating the mixture very well.
Step 4 : Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
